Plumbing emergencies do not keep business hours. A burst pipe at 2am causes just as much damage as one at 2pm — usually more, because nobody is awake to catch it. Webflow Plumbing runs a genuine 24/7 emergency service across Orange, Bathurst, Molong, Blayney and the surrounding Central West, in town and rural.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Call us straight away if you have any of the following:
- A burst or leaking pipe — especially if water is reaching walls, ceilings or floors
- No water at all to the property
- Sewage backing up into showers, toilets or floor wastes
- A gas smell — leave the property first, then call
- Hot water unit leaking or venting steam
- A blocked toilet in a single-bathroom home
- Storm or roof water entering the building
What to do before we arrive
Two things make the biggest difference to how much damage you end up with. First, find your water meter and turn the mains off — it is usually at the front boundary of the property. Second, if water is anywhere near power points or the switchboard, turn the electricity off at the mains and do not touch anything wet.
For a suspected gas leak, do not switch anything on or off, including lights. Get everyone outside, then call us from outside the building.
Fully licensed, fully equipped
Every Webflow plumber is licensed and insured, and our vans carry the equipment to diagnose and fix most emergencies on the first visit — including high-pressure drain jetting and camera inspection gear. Where a permanent repair needs parts we do not carry, we make the property safe and watertight first, then come back to finish properly.
You will get an upfront price before work starts. No call-out surprises.
